Guest Pass Terms and Conditions

Thinking of bringing a friend along?

We’d love to welcome them! As a valued member, you can invite friends or family to train with you using a guest pass from our Rewards App or website. 

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all guests and members, please ensure you and your guest follow a few simple rules:

Guest: A temporary VIP, here by invitation, enjoying the perks and not a member at any Virgin Active branch

• At our discretion, you may bring guests to train with you upon payment of the guest fee or redemption of a valid promotional voucher and completion of the Guest Register.
• Your guest must bring their national identity document or passport and have his/her photo taken.
• A member is only permitted to send a guest pass to a person once every 6 months.
• A guest may only use 1 guest pass for 2 accesses every 6 months.
• If you are a member, you must accompany your guests at all times and are responsible for their behaviour which, if inappropriate, could affect your membership.
• Existing Virgin Active membership holders may not make use of guest passes to access other Virgin Active clubs.
