Point Country Collection Club Update that will Impact 1 March Debit orders

Dear Member,

With the exciting opening of Virgin Active Point on 19 February, this is a final reminder to select your preferred membership option before 15 February.

This deadline is important as debit order submissions for March membership fees will be processed shortly thereafter.

Please review your three available options below:

Option 1: Do Nothing
If no action is taken, your membership will automatically convert to the new Point rate of R2,249 per month effective 1 March.

Option 2: Opt in to the Exclusive Founder Member Offer
Secure the Founder Member rate of R1,749 per month by opting in before 15 February.

Option 3: Transfer to Another Club
If you would prefer to move your membership to an alternative Virgin Active club, please contact our Contact Centre on 0860 200 911, and our team will gladly assist you.

Please also note that from 19 February, access to other Virgin Active clubs will no longer be available for Point members, as the club officially opens and memberships transition accordingly.
