The club is currently experiencing an extended power outage.
Work is actively underway to resolve the issue. The Bel Air centre management team has appointed contractors, who are in the process of sourcing the required components. Installation will commence once these are secured, after which City Power will restore electricity supply to the centre.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while this is being addressed. While the resolution involves multiple parties, this remains a top priority and every effort is being made to restore operations as quickly as possible.
In the interim, members are welcome to train at any Virgin Active club, excluding Collection clubs.
