Wembley Temporary Club Closure

Dear Member,

Firstly, we'd like to sincerely thank you for your patience and support throughout the Wembley Square transformation. We know that the refurbishment has required flexibility from our members, and we truly appreciate you partnering with us as we create an even better club experience.

As with all great transformations, there comes a point where we need a little downtime to ensure a flawless finish.

Please note that Virgin Active Wembley Square will be temporarily closed from 14 August to 11 September 2026 while we complete the final phase of the refurbishment.

Continue your training

During this period, your membership remains fully active and you'll continue to enjoy access to any Virgin Active club (excluding Collection and Country Clubs), ensuring your wellness journey can continue uninterrupted.

Prefer to freeze your membership?

If training at one of our alternative clubs isn't a practical option for you during the closure period, we'd be delighted to offer you the opportunity to freeze your membership for the duration of the closure.

As a gesture of goodwill, this option is also being extended to our Discovery Vitality members. While Discovery Vitality memberships are ordinarily usage-based and therefore do not typically qualify for freezing, we'd like to make this available as a special once-off offering in recognition of the temporary closure of Wembley Square.
