Reward

During the promotional period from 12 October 2026 to 31 January 2027 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), Virgin Active members who achieve their milestone goal as defined in the Virgin Active Rewards programme will have the opportunity to select a Clue Plus Free Annual Subscription reward.

The Reward must be redeemed within seven (7) days of selection in the app. If not redeemed within seven days, the Reward will expire and be forfeited.

The Reward is supplied by BioWink GmbH (trading as “Clue”), a company incorporated in Germany and registered with the District Court of Berlin (Charlottenburg) under company number HRB 146666, with its registered office at Adalbertstraße 7-8, 10999 Berlin, Germany (the “Partner”). The Reward is subject to the Partner’s own subscription terms and conditions, which members must accept to redeem the Reward.

Eligibility

To select this Reward, you must:

• Hold an active membership with a Virgin Active club in South Africa, Botswana, or Namibia; and
• Be aged 18 years or older.

Note: Additional conditions relating to existing Clue subscriptions apply (see ‘Redeeming the Reward’ below).

This Reward is not available to employees of Virgin Active, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this promotion.

Redeeming the Reward

Instructions and relevant details to claim the Reward, including the link to sign up, will be available via the Virgin Active app once the Reward has been selected. Simply tap “Read More” and follow the prompts.

Members are responsible for registering for the Reward via the Clue website or app using the provided link. The redemption link directs to a Partner landing page and is not unique to individual members. The Reward must be activated within seven (7) days of selection.

If a member experiences issues accessing the link from the Virgin Active app, they should contact Virgin Active Member Support. Once redirected to the Partner’s website or app, any issues relating to registration, payment, activation, or use of the subscription must be directed to the Partner.

Members may become eligible to receive the Reward again after a previous subscription period has expired, subject to meeting the required goal and the Partner’s eligibility criteria.

The Reward cannot be redeemed or applied concurrently with any existing Clue subscription or free trial. For the avoidance of doubt, the Reward cannot be stacked, accumulated, combined, or used to extend any existing trial or active paid subscription.

Activation and Auto-Renewal

Activation of the Reward provides access to a single Free Clue Plus Annual Subscription (12 months). To activate the Reward, members will be required to provide valid payment details to the Partner. No charges will be made during the initial 12-month free period.

After the 12-month period has concluded, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard subscription rate set by the Partner unless cancelled prior in accordance with the Partner’s terms and conditions.

Any continued subscription following the initial promotional period will be subject solely to the Partner’s terms and conditions and constitutes a direct contract between the member and the Partner. Virgin Active is not responsible for any subscription charges or automatic renewals.

General

• The Reward is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
• No cash alternative is available. The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
• Virgin Active is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to app or website failures, which may prevent redemption of the Reward.
• By redeeming the Reward, members acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by the Partner in accordance with the Partner’s Privacy Policy.
• Virgin Active and the Partner reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the duration of the Reward at their discretion.
